PANAMARM is a Greek company that specializes in the processing and retail sale of natural minerals such as marble and granite. Our premises are located at the 10^th km. of Kastorias-Edessa nt.rd, Kastoria, Greece.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it

Cookies

When you first visit our site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine your language settings in order to select the appropriate version to show you. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

Analytics

When you visit our website we track your use of our site for performance measurement and support. Our analytics vendors of choice are Google Analytics and Yandex Metrika. Any and all data we collect are being anonymized before storage.

Contact forms

When submitting questions via contact forms, we may temporarily store and process any data you fill in only to help answer your questions. After your issues are resolved, we delete any personal data unless they are related to orders, since we are required by law to have a backlog.

 

How long we retain your data

Anonymous, aggregated data collected via analytics are retained for 14 months. These don’t contain any Personally Identifiable Information (PII) or sensitive data.

 

Who we share your data with

We share your data only with our data processors (such as Google and Yandex). If you have opted-in for our marketing newsletter, we share these specific data with MailChimp. We will never sell your data to any other third party.

 

International transfer

All of our collaborating data processors have established European branches, except MailChimp who operates in the US. Any and all data transfers are being held under secure (SSL) channels and all data processors are taking the steps necessary to be GDPR compliant.

 

What rights you have over your data

If you have left any contact information on this site, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we may hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
